Nu Ovo Restaurant was born from the strong bond with the Tuscan countryside and the desire to bring the attention for tradition and the simple and genuine food into the city centre.
An elegant and cosmopolitan location, in which you can lunch under the high vaulted ceilings, entirely frescoed by Galileo Chini, the Italian liberty master.

CAVOUR SIGNATURE BREAKFAST

Good morning, the morning is shiny and warm here in Grand Hotel Cavour …Breakfast is served at the lobby level, in the room decorated by Galileo Chini!

Before starting your day, we invite you to taste our breakfast buffet with a wide and varied selection of high-quality products. Our many delicacies include sweet breakfast with butter, selected jams and honey, several types of cakes like the torta della nonna (with custard and pine nuts), croissants, waffles and pancakes.

For savory food lovers we have the Bakery, which serves different types of sliced bread, quiches, traditional toasts, a selection of hot dishes, such as scrambled or fried eggs with sausage or bacon, cheeses and cold cuts. For those looking to stay in shape, we offer hot/cold vegetarian dishes with seasonal vegetables and fresh fruit salad. At the entrance of the room, the large oval table offers orange and assorted fruit juice, fresh soy or cow’s milk, a wide selection of cereals, fresh and dried fruit and detox water. We serve espresso, Americano and cappuccino upon request. Gluten-free products are also available.
