New Year’s Eve Gala

Surrounded by the Christmas atmosphere of a magical Florence, the Grand Hotel Cavour is the ideal place to spend an unforgettable New Year’s Eve.

The evening will begin with an elegant gourmet dinner at the Restaurant Hall, whose frescoed Art Nouveau ceiling combines perfectly with the contemporary taste for details in the furnishings.
We will spoil You with an exclusive menu, with which you will taste refined culinary proposals, such as our lobsters and ravioli with caviar, all accompanied by selected wine labels by our sommelier.

The evening will be gladdened by our musicians up to the the midnight toast. Our Divina Terrazza will be open upon reservation to taste a drink with a view on Florence Skyline.

  • Marinated mackerel, creamy purple potatoes and cabbage, smoked scamorza and pine nut crumble
  • Ravioli with white sturgeon and Calvisius® caviar, capers emulsion, Cetara anchovy sauce and black truffle
  • Ancient wheat Timìlia pasta, baby squid, burrata, lime and powder of Tropea onion
  • Canadian lobster on cotechino medallions, Castelluccio lentils, Jerusalem artichokes and candied Kumquats
  • Dark chocolate Bavarian, raspberries and Cervia salt, pistachio dacquoise and persimmon gel
