New Year’s Eve Dinner

Surrounded by the Christmas atmosphere of a magical Florence, the Grand Hotel Cavour is the ideal place to spend an unforgettable New Year’s Eve.
The evening will begin with an elegant gourmet dinner at the Restaurant Hall, whose frescoed Art Nouveau ceiling combines perfectly with the contemporary taste for details in the furnishings.

We will spoil You with an exclusive fish menu based, with which you will taste refined culinary proposals, such as our oysters in champagne tempura and the delicate seafood stew with red lobsters of Porto Santo Spirito, all accompanied by selected wine labels by our sommelier.

The main them of the evening will be the music of a very original and fizzy jazz trio that will animate the event until the midnight toast.

An original jazz duo will liven the party until midnight up.


  • Belon du Belon® oyster in Champagne tempura, garnished of its water and marinated radishes
  • Parfait of foie gras with seared prawn and hazelnuts and turnip greens sablé
  • Saffron watercolor rice, monkfish tails with spinach powder and lime zest
  • Seafood variation in stew with red prawns of Porto Santo Spirito, emulsion of curly pulp and cuttlefish black wafer
  • Black Cod on Tuscan black cabbage and strained pancetta with purple potatoes and candied pink grapefruit cream.
