Rooms available for hire inside the hotel include the restaurant dining room, well-equipped meeting rooms and the Michelangelo Terrace, which can be set up according to your requirements and with any services requested.

The historic charm of our Meeting Rooms, frescoed in true Art Nouveau style and equipped with the latest technology, can be the ideal venue to hold corporate events and meetings in Tuscany.

Our highly qualified team is at your disposal to assist with planning meetings, incentives, mini-conferences, training sessions and events of any kind in our Congress Centre, making full use of our technological equipment, fast wifi connection and our catering services tailored to your requirements. You can also use the hotel bar and restaurant, with continual and professional assistance.

We have 3 meeting rooms available in the hotel. Just a stone’s throw from the beautiful centre of Florence you’ll find services and support specifically designed to make sure that your meetings, incentives, mini-conferences or any other event runs smoothly and efficiently.

Services included: wi-fi, flip charts, paper and pads, pens and pencils, courtesy kit (water and glasses) and video projector.

AMBER ROOM

Designed for smaller types of event, the room is decorated with frescoes in Art Nouveau style with contemporary furnishings in light, soft colours; there is plenty of natural light from the two large Mediaeval windows. The room can be set up and equipped according to your requirements with services on request.

Ideal for holding seminars, training courses, corporate meetings, training and study sessions or breakfast meetings.

JADE ROOM

Designed for medium-sized events, the room is decorated with frescoes in Art Nouveau style. The contemporary furniture and choice of light-coloured wood and yellow and grey seating contrast to provide a pleasing contrast to the Mediaeval building with its classic doors and windows.

There is plenty of natural light from two large arched windows; the jade room is furnished and equipped but can also be arranged to suit customer requirements. Ideal for any type of corporate meeting, study or training days, breakfast meetings, courses or symposia.

RAFFAELLO ROOM

Galileo chini hall

On the ground floor, near the Lobby, the Galileo Chini hall is an elegant space where it is possible to realize the catering moments of your meeting.
The ceiling is decorated with frescoes by the artist Galileo Chini, one of the main protagonists of the Italian Art Nouveau and adorned with the coats of arms of Florentine most important  Families of 16th century.
You could admire a contemporary touch in the furnishings, in the refined simplicity of the mise en place, in the lights and little small details.

UNCONVENTIONAL MEETINGS AT THE SECRET BAR

Located on the -1 floor of the hotel, the Secret Bar is ready to host “unconventional meetings” with a new format designed by the Grand Hotel Cavour. The unique atmosphere created by brick vaults with illuminated angels, the charm of vintage given by a furniture with Chester armchairs, suitcases and vintage cameras, make the Secret Bar an evocative and captivating place where to organize coffee breaks, exclusive lunches and dinners and, why not?, the afterparty for the delegates.
